Kind of Blue Specialty Cocktails
The Trumpet
- 1 1/2 oz Kind of Blue
- 1/2 oz Apple Brandy
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
Stir until super cold. Strain into rocks glass with ice. Lemon and orange twists.
The Legend
- 3 oz Kind of Blue
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1/4 oz grenadine
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
Shake and strain into a Martini glass. Orange twist.
The Edgy
- 3/4 oz Kind of Blue
- 3/4 oz Cognac
- 3/4 oz sweet vermouth
- 1/2 oz Amaretto
Stir until cold. Strain into a Martini glass. Orange twist with a brandied cheery on a pic.
The Smooth
- 2 oz Kind of Blue
- 1 oz Cheery Herring
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
Shake until cold. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Lemon twist.
The Delight
- 1 oz Kind of Blue
- 3/4 oz fresh OJ
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz triple sec
Shake until cold. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Orange wheel.
